Online LPA Course

As part of the College of Will Writing’s commitment to the education of active practitioners within the Will Writing arena, we have prepared an online LPA course. This course has been written and developed by Siobhan Rattigan who is a lead tutor for the College of Will Writing.

This course covers the necessary elements regarding Lasting Powers of Attorney. Having taken this course you should have the requisite knowledge to be able to support clients in the creation of the LPA forms for both Health and Welfare and Property and Financial Affairs.

The course consists of 3 modules, with a self-test after each module. You must pass the test before moving onto the next module.

This course does not cover commercial/business LPAs.

6 hours CPD

Please be advised that you will only have 6 months in which to complete the course, however this should be ample time. If you do not complete the course within 6 months, a nominal fee of £35 will be required to reactivate your login.
