A seminar covering what we as contentious probate litigators find to be the most common problems we come across with Wills.

To include:

  • Issues arising from the incorrect witnessing of Wills
  • Incorrect drafting to include a failure to substitutional gifts or properly drafted substitutional gifts;
  • Partial intestacies
  • Inappropriate/unwilling/missing executors
  • A failure to take proper account of the golden rule
  • Discussing how such issues can be avoided/addressed including any professional negligence issues for the will drafter.
