A seminar covering what we as contentious probate litigators find to be the most common problems we come across with Wills.
To include:
- Issues arising from the incorrect witnessing of Wills
- Incorrect drafting to include a failure to substitutional gifts or properly drafted substitutional gifts;
- Partial intestacies
- Inappropriate/unwilling/missing executors
- A failure to take proper account of the golden rule
- Discussing how such issues can be avoided/addressed including any professional negligence issues for the will drafter.
