Advanced Instruction Taking Course

The Advanced Instruction Taking Course is aimed at experienced Estate Planners that have been in the industry from a few months to several years, and that want to take their instruction-taking skills to the next level.

  • Reduce Errors
  • Increase Referrals
  • Gain more job satisfaction
  • Improve client confidence

Taking client instructions IS a skill. It can be studied, practiced and improved so that errors are reduced, client confidence is raised, and job satisfaction is taken to new heights. Ultimately, the aim is to help you increase your income through increased competence and more referrals.

The most essential tool of your trade is your instruction form. It is the carpenter’s hammer and nails, the mechanic’s wrench and the surgeon’s scalpel. This course takes an in-depth look at the instruction forms you are using to provide practical means of making your job easier and the ultimate service you provide more thorough.

The key skill of instruction taking is communication. On this course, you will take a fresh look at this skill, and observe its component parts in a depth that can be used on a daily basis.
