James Greenwood

James read BA Law at Queens’ College, The University of Cambridge, graduating in 2013. He then worked at the SWW Trust Corporation as a Probate Estates Manager, and began teaching trusts and inheritance tax modules for the Society of Will Writers’ College of Will Writing. He joined the School of Law at the University of Leeds in 2017 to study MSc Security and Justice, and is currently researching for his PhD on legal theory. He teaches legal theory modules at the University of Leeds, and continues to provide trusts and inheritance tax courses for the College of Will Writing.

About

The primary aims of the College are to secure proper public recognition of the professional status of the Will Writing practitioners and to raise and maintain the standards of knowledge, understanding and competence within the profession. The College regards these aims as mutually inclusive and recognises the diversity of entrants into the profession, the wide range of vocational needs, and the nature and degree of support that is obtained from the organisation of which one is associated.
