1. About us

The College of Will Writing is the training arm of the Society of Will Writers, with offices at Chancery House, Whisby Way, Lincoln, LN6 3LQ.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation by email. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellations and transfers

• More than 28 days before the course: full refund less a £25 + VAT administration fee.
• 14 to 28 days before the course: 50% of the course fee is refundable.
• Fewer than 14 days before the course: no refund is payable.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
