Day 1 covers setting up and customising your system, navigating efficiently, account access restrictions, pipelines, automated notifications, customising the CRM, filtering and building case lists, appointment booking, task management, customising letter templates, and integrating third-party software (Zoom, Stripe, Office 365). Day 2 covers the documents Sure Will Writer can produce, setting up client cases, data input, trust options, drafting specific gifts, creating mirror wills, manual editing, custom precedents, dealing with chattels, drafting for businesses, foreign property, drafting LPAs, and severance of tenancies.
