A complete and comprehensive online distance learning course written in 4 modules. Module One covers the law of succession. Module Two covers IHT, trusts, and estate planning. Module Three covers Powers of Attorney including LPAs, EPAs and Ordinary Powers. Module Four covers taking instructions and general practice areas.

On completion and passing the exam, delegates receive a Certificate of Achievement and may apply for SWW membership.
