This is a one day experience which can be used as either continuous development in your training or as a refresher day. The course gives personal experience to those who wish to increase their knowledge which, in turn, will help you perform well in the Will Writing profession.

This course is aimed at small groups (from 2-4 people) and allows an intimate session for those involved, it could be as a refresher or to take

your learning to the next level. The course is of a flexible nature, which will allow members to have time to be able to bring real life scenarios into a workshop and be coached and advised on the way of examining each case and see how a Society of Will Writers’ team member would view each case.

This could involve ensuring your Will Trust knowledge is up to date and we will make you confident in dealing with any Estate Planning issues. This course allows a large amount of flexibility in that we can talk about the subjects listed below, however, the session will be structured to the needs of the people attending the one day course.

3. Duty of care issues

4. Drafting related skills

5. Will based trusts

6. Lifetime trusts

7. LPA’s/EPA’s
